The 5K for the HYBRID athlete. We combine running intervals and functional fitness stations on a standardized race course.

- 5 Rounds: 5 Deadlifts (225/155, 155/95, 95/55) + 5 Over Bar Burpees

- 5 Rounds: 1 Wall Hurdle + 5 DB Thrusters (50/30, 30/20, 20/10)
