💵 Registration: $10 per person | $30 per family (up to 6) |
OPTIONAL to Waive Entry Fee: Fundraise, Volunteer, Donate, or Share your Art!
- Select "General Participant" to Fundraise as:
- An Individual: Create a personal fundraiser when you register—raising $20 will waive your $10 registration fee!
- A Team: Create or Join a team when you register. The suggested team goal of $200!
- Select "Volunteer" to:
- Donate to the Silent Auction: Donate a themed basket, product or service of $20 or greater value to waive your entry fee!
- Participate in the Art Exhibit: Share your art (as an EDS Artist or EDS-themed art) to waive your entry fee!

💡 What is EDS?
The Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) are a group of 13 rare connective tissue disorders caused by genetic changes affecting connective tissue. Features vary by type, but common traits include:
Joint hypermobility
Stretchy, fragile skin
Tissue fragility

🦓 How Rare is EDS?
- Hypermobile EDS (hEDS): Most common, ~1 in 3,100–5,000 people
- Classical EDS (cEDS): ~1 in 20,000–40,000 people
- Vascular EDS (vEDS): ~1 in 100,000–200,000 people
- Ultra-rare types: Affect <1 in 1 million; some reported in only a few families
Even though some types are rare, the impact on individuals and families is huge, and raising awareness is key!
