We invite you to come out for the 26th Annual Hank Aaron State Trail 5k Run/Walk! 

Saturday, August 8, 8:30am
All Event Activities and Parking in the Uecker Lot.  

The Hank Aaron State Trail 5K attracts more than 1,500 people of all abilities and ages.

Join in this lively community family-friendly stroll OR for a Personal Record with Professional Chip Timing

Featuring: A Flat and Fast course, right in the heart of Milwaukee.

The course winds through the beautiful Three Bridges Park, through restored prairie. This route is steeped in history and located along Milwaukee's former rail and industrial corridor. The transformation continues!

Come out to support the Hank Aaron State Trail's largest fundraiser.
The after-party is one of the best around! 

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

Swag & Stats: Every participant scores a commemorative T-shirt. Track your personal best with instant online results and stay for the awards ceremony

The Rewards: We’re awarding the Top 3 Male & Female runners across 15 age categories, plus special prizes for top teams.

Squad Goals: Register a team of 8 or more to unlock a registration discount, eligibility for team prizes, and your custom logo printed on your race shirts!


Fuel & Fun: Start your morning with complimentary coffee and treats, then cross the finish line into a party featuring a Live DJ, ice cream, and post-race snacks.


Family First: A true community event! Strollers are welcome, though we kindly ask that you leave dogs at home.


Run for a Cause: Your registration does double duty! Proceeds support the Friends of Hank Aaron State Trail and send local kids to Bike Adventure Camp every summer.

Everyone Has a Place on the Trail The HAST 5K isn't just for the speedsters—it’s a celebration of our community! Whether you’re chasing a PR or chasing a toddler, we want you there.

Walkers Welcome: Not a runner? No problem. Enjoy the scenic route at your own pace.
Stroller Friendly: Bring the little ones along! We just ask that strollers start toward the back of the pack for a smooth takeoff.
Keep it Low-Key: If the clock doesn't matter to you, simply select the "UNTIMED" event during registration for a stress-free morning.
Paws Pause: We love our four-legged friends, but please leave the pups at home for this specific event to ensure a safe path for all.
