Prepare for a unique athletic challenge with the Wolfpack Spring Training Series. This program focuses on three disciplines of Modern Pentathlon: laser-run (combining running and laser pistol shooting) and ninja warrior training. This is a series of Saturday training sessions focusing on three of the five disciplines of Modern Pentathlon: laser-run (running and laser pistol shooting), and ninja warrior training. Fencing will also be offered separately (for a $25 drop-in fee) at Bay Area Fencing Club on Saturday mornings.

Schedule:

11:00 am - 12:30 pm: ($25 drop-in fee) Fencing Training at Bay Area Fencing Club (15445 Los Gatos Blvd.; Los Gatos, CA 95032);

1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Laser-Run Training at Raymond J. Fisher Middle School;

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Ninja Training at Black Urban Barn (148 E. Virginia St. #2; San Jose CA 95112).

The laser-run training will be coached by Coach Kirt or Coach Pablo, both of whom are certified USA Triathlon Associate Coaches and former U.S. Olympic Trials competitors.

The ninja warrior training at Black Urban Barn will be coached by Earl Hooks, four-time competitor on the American Ninja Warrior television show. Participants will receive group coaching from Earl, focusing on strength, flexibility, and other exercises that are needed to master the standard Modern Pentathlon obstacles.
